With Sincere Thanks

Each year in November, it has become a tradition for us to stop and reflect on the many wonderful things that occurred since the beginning of the year. Thanksgiving time is a great opportunity to extend these thoughts to all of our patients, friends and family! We want to let you know how appreciative we are of the trust you have put in all of us at Audiology and Hearing Aid Center.

2016 Highlights

It is hard to believe that 2016 is coming to a close. Years seem to pass even more quickly with changes happening all around us. After 30 years of being located on Civic Center Road, our south Scottsdale office relocated to Miller Road, just a few miles away. It was time for a change and a facelift for the office. Our patients have been very positive about our new location and share their delight with the staff.

We also have added 2 new staff members to the team; Monique Dimas and Xavier Reese. They are both new to Audiology and Hearing Aid Center this year and are our Patient Care Coordinators. You will see Monique and Xavier at the Mountain View 91st Street Office and if you haven’t met them, be sure to stop by and say hello. We are excited to have them on the team and many patients have complimented the excellent customer service they provide.

We are also continuing to provide FREE hearing screenings to our community through the nationwide project called “Mission 1 Million.” Since hearing loss is the third most common physical condition after arthritis and heart disease, audiologists throughout the U.S. are focused on reaching out to the community every month to test as many patients as possible to reach our goal. And, if we do find that a patient has hearing loss, we are now able to offer a variety of choices to meet every budget.

Remember, we offer Walk-in Hours, so be sure to check out the times and stop by if you need any slight adjustments made to your hearing aids.

And now we give thanks…

And, it is now time for our yearly Thanksgiving tradition of letting you know how grateful we all are for your support and friendship. We would like to acknowledge all of our patients and their families who:

  • Continued to put their trust in our staff and the service we provide
  • Wrote a kind letter, email or thank you card about their experience at our office
  • Attended an event or seminar to learn more about their hearing health and how to make it better
  • Are following us on Facebook – thank you for sharing all of your thoughts and feelings
  • Agreed to voice their thoughts and experience in a video for our website
  • Read one of our SoundByte Newsletters and responded with a kind message
  • Came in for a free hearing screening to help us move toward our goal of “Mission 1 Million”

…and to Oticon for their continued support to our staff, our patients, our practice and for taking the risk and expense on new technology to propel us into the 21st century!
We are all so thankful for your support and patronage. We are here if you need us. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday – we wish you good health, good food and the company of good friends this holiday season!
