To all of our valued patients:

I have had the pleasure of serving you at the 5040 N. 15th Avenue location in Phoenix since the mid 1980s. As many of you know, due to my schedule requiring that I go to three offices in Scottsdale every week, handling 4 locations had become very difficult. In May of this year, Rochelle Jones started to cover the Phoenix office for me. Due to your wonderful loyalty, many of you now see me in Scottsdale. As a result, we have cut back Rochelle's time to two half days per month. This has not been convenient for many of you. Thus, we decided to close our Phoenix location at the end of December. We look forward to continuing the high quality service in all of our Scottsdale offices, Monday-Friday every week. At our Thompson Peak office, we share that location with Dr. Jerry Josen, a very fine Ear, Nose & Throat physician, for those of you seeking medical treatment of the ear, nose, throat and sinus or for balance problems.

I apologize for any inconvenience this change might cause you and I look forward to continuing to see you at any of our Scottsdale locations. For your travel expense, I would like to offer you a one time free box (60 cells) of batteries.
